The Vietnamese high ranking government officers and Khmer monk leaders attended the inauguration of placing the first stone to build the Sanskrit high school for Khmer people. This school may be closed to Le Van Tam Primary School, and next to Ong Met Pagoda. Note that, before 1975, Khmer kids went to Khmer temples to learn Buddhism, Sanskrit and Cambodian language. They went to Vietnamese schools to learn Vietnamese and get high education.
