Chinese celery (Apium graveolens var. secalinum), is a  is a variety of celery  cultivated in South East Asia and East Asian countries.

  • Easy to grow and  perennial plant. Grow in Pacific Northwest from spring to late fall.
  • Leaves  and stalks are used in Vietnamese, Chinese dishes: soups, salads, stir fried beef, tomato sauces
  • Flavor: Aromatic,  stronger than regular celery.
  • The stems are thinner than  regular celery, hollow stalks.
