Cha Lua Chay is Vietnamese vegetarian “Cha Lua” made from seasoning bean curd sheets.  Cha Lua Chay is served with banh cuon chay, noodle soups or stir fried vegetables.

  • Add chopped leeks and garlic power in the bean curd mixture to enhance the flavor of the vegetarian ham.
  • If you do not have banana leaves, use plastic wrap and aluminum foils.
